You can read the full case study here or visit  www.jacksons-fencing.co.uk for more details on the high quality fencing panels available.

UNHCR 'Border Control' Garden to Feature at Hampton Court

Febraury 18th, 2016

Today the RHS announced the gardens at this year's Hampton Court Flower Show and I'm exciting to say that the UNHCR 'Border Control' Garden, designed by myself and Tom Massey will be featuring in the conceptual category.

The garden, which will be built by Landform Consultants and is being sponsored by the UNHCR (UN Refugee Agency),
highlights the plight of refugees and the desperate risks they take to find shelter. The garden is designed to raise awareness of the crisis and encourage visitors to stop and consider their personal views.

Tying in with the UNHCR’s campaign ‘Nobody Left Outside’, the garden emphasises the importance of providing shelter, both in the physical sense and from the psychological stresses of fleeing a conflict zone. Shelter saves lives, offers families protection and provides hope for a better future.

The Hampton Court Flowert Show takes place between 5th and 10th July 2016. Tickets to the show can be purchased  here .

To fnd out more about the garden please read the RHS press release available here .
